Turnkey delivery of Swiss facility for Merck in six months

With an accelerated timeline of just six months, KeyPlants was able to go from concept design to commissioning and qualification of MSD’s weighing and dispensing facility for high-containment biologics.

Merck chose us in part because we were able to meet the timeline. Built in 2012-2013, the 320 sqm modular expansion of their Swiss facility was the first one designed and built using our innovative indoor box-in-box system.

Scope: Basic design, fabrication, integration of process equipment, assembly.
